From design to assembly, we go beyond typical high-capacity wire and metal forming. We also provide many advanced service capabilities such as robotic welding for next-stage manufacturing (e.g. tine-tipping and attachments), CNC machining, and painting. Our facilities are among the largest powder coating facilities in Western Canada, and we use some of the most energy-efficient equipment and commercial ovens on the market today.
Our spring winding machines process approximately 4,000,000 pounds of wire per year. At any given time, we have over 1,500,000 pounds of wire stock on site.
