Wire is first formed into an extension spring.

Using a proprietary process, springs are extended to ensure full coverage between the coils during coating to ensure 100% surface coverage and maximum corrosion protection.

After powder coating, the spring tension is released and the product is passed on to next-stage manufacturing and assembly.
